We are Norway’s most automated 3PL-provider with more than one million annual shipments from our Fulfilment centre just outside of Oslo. We have 10.500 square metres of storage space, 50.000 Autostore bins, and 25 employees.
General Information
360 Logistics was established in 2018 with a clear vision of providing customer-friendly and efficient logistics, specifically tailored to meet the growing demands of e-commerce and the increased focus on fast and sustainable deliveries. Our expertise is particularly focused on e-commerce logistics.
In December 2023, we relocated to a state-of-the-art facility strategically located between Oslo and Drøbak. The new warehouse encompasses 10.500 square meters, featuring 50.000 Autostore bins and 4.500 semi-automated pallet spaces

Gustav Jebsen
GENERAL MANAGER AND FOUNDER
Gustav founded 360 Logistics in 2017 and has the position as General Manager in the company. He mainly works with business development, automation and assist our customers with integrations. in 2008 he founded Visumservice, a provider of visas, work permits, and document legalisation, which he sold to an international player in 2017.

Trym Aass
CHIEF STRATEGY OFICER
Trym holds the position as Chief Strategy Officer and is responsible for strategy and economy in 360.
Trym has experience as strategy manager from BearingPoint and also as a business lawyer from Wikborg Rein and Glittertind. He holds a degree in Master of Laws and an MBA from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).

Nicolai Holtmon
OPERATIONS MANGER
Nicolai is responsible for the daily operations at 360 Logistics. Nicolai joined 360 from the position as Nordic Operations Manager in Visumservice and CIBT, where he was responsible for 60 employees and the company's four offices in several Nordic countries. Nicolai has a bachelor's degree in business and administration from BI Norwegian Business School.
