Privacy Policy

360 Logistics provides services for professional clients. To provide our services to our customers, we need to process personal information. We value the privacy of all our customers, and process personal information in accordance with all relevant legislation and with respect of our customers. This privacy policy explains how we collect, process, retain and dispose personal information.

360 Logistics, represented by the Managing Director, is the controller of the personal information processed by 360 Logistics.

360 Logistics’s processing of personal information

The services

The purpose of the processing of personal information in 360 Logistics is to handle the customer’s order fulfilment and logistics, the invoicing of our service and bookkeeping. 360 Logistics also processes some personal information with the purpose of direct marketing.

In 360 Logistics’ case handling, we process personal information electronically and by handling physical documents.

360 Logistics’ primary case handling system is our WMS (Warehouse management system). Our customers have individual accounts in the WMS. Customers can maintain their own personal information on the account. Customers can also delete information from the profile but has to contact 360 Logistics to remove the profile entirely.

The customer and order info will be kept 180 days after the order is created. The information cleared is: WSI log files, customer info, address info and order info.

360 Logistics´ WMS processes and store information about:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • E-mail address
  • Inventory
  • Shipping products

360 Logistics use an ERP system to handle invoicing. In the ERP system 360 Logistics processes customer’s contact information, customer’ invoices and which services they have received from 360 Logistics. 360 Logistics retains the invoice information to comply with bookkeeping regulations and for statistical usage.

Information may be sent to 360 Logistics through e-mail. 360 Logistics utilise a third-party e-mail service.

Sales information, such as contracts, customer addresses, communications log, meeting minutes and other relevant customer details, are stored in a CRM system and online servers.

All personal information in our information systems is only accessible for 360 Logistics staff.

Newsletters and advertising

360 Logistics maintains a customer database in among others, our WMS and ERP and may be subscribed to our newsletter. Every newsletter from 360 Logistics contains information on how to unsubscribe from the newsletter.

Your rights – transparency, deletion and correction

360 Logistics processes personal information in accordance with EU Data Protection Directive (Directive 95/46/EC) and local privacy legislation.

Our customers provide us with their personal information through our WMS or written communication. The customer generates a personal profile, and decides what information is to be stored here and for how long. Information is stored here until the customer deletes the information or removes their profile.

You have the right to transparency into personal information about yourself. Queries regarding transparency can be addressed to info@360logistics.no. In order to maintain confidentiality, we request that everyone asking for transparency into personal information to supply us with a valid ID.
