360 Logistics assists Shopify users in processing orders as quickly and cost-effectively as possible. Shopify seamlessly integrates with our WMS (Warehouse Management System) to automate order processing and inventory management. This integration can be activated with just a few clicks, and we can start processing your orders in no time.
When a customer places an order, it is automatically transferred to our warehouse management system, allowing our staff to begin picking and packing immediately. Once a shipment is completed, Shopify is updated with the delivered quantity per order line, along with tracking information.
Our warehouse management system continuously retrieves product information from Shopify, and likewise, inventory levels are pushed to Shopify. This eliminates the manual and repetitive task of updating two records.
The integration uses the Shopify REST Admin API. Most functions run every 15 minutes, while some functions require user actions.
