When a customer places an order, it is automatically transferred to our warehouse management system, allowing our staff to commence picking and packing immediately. Once a shipment is completed, the order status in WooCommerce is updated to “fulfilled,” providing you with tracking information.
Our warehouse management system continuously retrieves information about products from WooCommerce, and similarly, inventory levels are pushed to WooCommerce. This eliminates the manual and repetitive task of updating two records.
